The Sea-Changers

Bob and Mary wanted to re-settle near the beach – close to the best fishing spots. It wasn’t easy to find reliable builders and tradespeople out there.

Park Homes built them a custom-designed home, with quality inclusions, and arranged everything, ready to move in. There were substantial savings too. After selling their family home, covering all transfer expenses, and paying for their land and new Park home, they were able to add a large capital sum to their superannuation fund.

They not only improved their lifestyle, they gave themselves more income with which to enjoy life.

The Granny

Marty and Linda had a problem taking care of Marty’s elderly mother, recently widowed. Suitable care facilities were a long way from home and expensive. With teenage children still at home, Marty and Linda really had no room for an extra person in the house, but they did have a large block.

Park Homes built a neat and tidy granny flat, comfortable and self-contained with every facility, and installed it in a corner of the garden. Problem solved.

The Newly-weds

Graham and Vicki were newly-married and desperate to get out of paying rent. They bought a block of land in the outer suburbs, which was affordable. However, they soon found that, even with their combined salaries, it left them little room to take on a large mortgage. They investigated kit homes but even that was beyond their reach when they factored in the cost of a builder to do the assembly.

Park Homes provided the answer – a compact two-bedroom, one-bathroom relocatable home on their own land, well within their budget.

They have plans to upgrade one day and move their Park Home to the coast to use as a weekender.
