Unlike traditional transportable homes, they include insulated 90mm stud walls lined with painted plasterboard walls and cornices. Tile-designed colorbond roofing is also available, if requested. Kitchens are produced and fitted by kitchen joinery specialists.

These homes can be built in a double-wide design, making them larger than traditional transportable homes.

Ideal for granny flats, weekenders or economy housing, our transportable homes are built on a strong galvanised-steel chassis which is then mounted on concrete footings. These may be owner-installed or we can save you from hassles and we can handle the on-site erection.

Our relocatable homes are built to withstand the stresses of transportation. The materials used, including a 42mm pine stud frame with specially designed maintenance-free poly ply internal paneling, ensure a practical, affordable and low-maintenance building.

The interiors can be designed to suit your needs. There is a limit to the overall size of any one section but sections can be joined to form double-wide or double-long homes. The internal fit-out can include kitchens, bathrooms and even built-in furniture, if required.
