Manufactured homes
Manufactured homes are like conventional family homes. They are an affordable choice for first home buyers, for retirees looking to downsize or for owners needing an extra room added to their existing home.
Architecturally-designed, these new homes offer a wide choice when it comes to finish and fit out. Unlike traditional transportable homes, they include insulated 90mm stud walls lined with painted plasterboard walls and cornices. Tile-designed colorbond roofing is also available, if requested. Kitchens are produced and fitted by kitchen joinery specialists.
These homes can be built in a double-wide design, making them larger than traditional transportable homes.
